What if I need my order by a specific date?

What kind of packaging do you use?
FYI: We're committed to sustainability, so we reuse boxes as much as we can! Your order might arrive in an interesting box from another company—it's all part of our effort to reduce waste and give packaging materials a second life. 📦♻️
Delivery Issues
What if my package is lost or delayed?
If your package is significantly delayed or appears to be lost, please contact us with your order number and tracking information. We'll work with the carrier to locate your package or arrange a solution.
What if my order arrives damaged?
Please contact us immediately with photos of the damage and your order number. We'll work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
What if I entered the wrong shipping address?
Contact us as soon as possible! If your order hasn't shipped yet, we may be able to update the address. Once the package is in transit, we'll do our best to work with the carrier to redirect it.
Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?
If your order hasn't shipped yet, contact us immediately and we'll update the address. Once shipped, address changes become much more difficult, but we'll do our best to help.
Custom Orders & Special Items
How do I ship my shirts for Memory Pillows or Blankets?
Once you place a custom Memory Pillow or Blanket order, we'll provide detailed instructions on how to safely ship your shirts to us, including our mailing address and any special packaging recommendations.
Do you return the original shirts after making Memory Pillows?
Please let us know your preference when placing your order. We can discuss whether you'd like any unused portions of the shirts returned.
Local Pickup
Can I pick up my order in person?
Yes! If you're local or plan to visit us at one of our markets or events, we can arrange for local pickup. Contact us to coordinate the details.
